What differentiates Textmagic from other similar products?

TextMagic handled a broadcast messaging to a large number of individuals. We could address each person by name and go out to them while they are particularly active on their smart phone. Simple installation of broadcast messaging and excellent reporting throughout the campaign.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the template solution since it functions great for my company and saves me a lot of time. Rather than retyping or copy-pasting the very same message several times, I get it stored in the database. We can integrate a big and flexible list, welcome them individually by utilizing their own names, and arrange broadcasts to keep up with some other initiatives using TextMagic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most challenging problem has been determining which client sent the response message.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you really are dissatisfied by your present texting broadcast services provider's exorbitant charges, complicated and tedious systems, or restricted capabilities, explore and try TextMagic. They've been just a tremendous help to our complete workforce.

What differentiates Textmagic from other similar products?

Many people knows TextMagic as the SMS sender platform, but what they don't know is that TextMagic has some other powerful features: the email validation & lookup which allows organizations to validate the emails risk levels as well cleaning their mailing lists for inactive and emails. This helps improve email deliverability in the future and improve response rate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that as super admin, you can create sub-accounts and give access to members in your organization, while being able to allocate credits and monitor the activity (SMS history) and usage. I also love the email lookup feature, which goes the extra mile, by performing email risk assessments based on IPs and other security factors. The ability to create private lists is also great, as these lists can then be shared to specific sub-accounts, right through the TextMagic dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

TextMagic does not offer post-pay accounts, which for many businesses would have been really helpful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

TextMagic is one of the rare, reliable and professional SMS services that offers multiple payment solutions: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal and Bank Transfer. This facilitates a lot of transactions, especially when you have an issue with a payment method or are located in a geographical region that provides limited payment methods. They are reliable all the way and will definitely contribute to the success of your business and projects.
