What differentiates Textmagic from other similar products?

While many of the alternative offer only outgoing message features, TextMagic allows recipients to respond and the email in stored in it's simple to use interface. The history of the conversations can be retrieved and sorted by contacts which is amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Without hesitation, the branded SMS campaigns are exceptional when to comes to showcasing your brand: the Custom Sender ID is perfect for achieving this.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing is a little high. Additionally, I could not segment customers via the CRM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Creating an SMS campaign and sending it to your contact list, from your browser, has never been so easy thanks to TextMagic. I recommend to any business looking for a professional text messaging solutions.

The Perfect 3rd Party SMS API Integration

What differentiates Textmagic from other similar products?

We loved TextMagic from the first day, because we could easily integrate it to our website e-commerce stores and make promotions available to our customers, after their purchases enabling for an enhanced upsell strategy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The virtual numbers are really cool in a way that it did not limit us to just one phone number and one location. Delivery rates are also great from the system side, which further offers reports when messages are not delivered.

What do you dislike most about this product?

TextMagic does offer some extra credits upon recharges. I would appreciate if they could offer these perks in different contexts, rather than just through recharges.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sending bulk SMS from a secure cloud platform from your PC has never been so easy thanks to TextMagic. I strongly recommend for businesses on any size and industry.

Getting a Professional Image With TextMagic

What differentiates Textmagic from other similar products?

TextMagic has a feature that allows us to send SMS, with the name of our company as sender ID. This instantly gave our business an added credibility, at a time where emails are landing more and more in the spam folder. We were also able to clean our customer lists and update phone numbers, for phone numbers with 3 or more undelivered SMS. This helped optimize our communication strategy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Email to SMS feature really amazed me. The fact that we could send SMS from an emailing system and receiving replies there, was perfect for further management via our CRM. Their SMS reports are also perfect, for business meeting and evaluation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support takes some times to respond. I believe that this is a point, in my personal opinion, where they can improve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, I find TextMagic not only useful as an SMS provider, but also versatile, with numerous useful functionalities. For all these reasons, I recommend to any business looking to improve and consolidate their brand image, even if it means paying twice the amount for an SMS. It is definitely worth it.
