What differentiates Textmagic from other similar products?

What really differentiates TextMagic in my opinion is apart from offering a phone number from a specific country from which you will be sending your mass SMS, TextMagic offers a whole bunch of locations and even better Custom Sender ID features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The CRM is great because it enable you to create a profile for each contact and track the history: SMS delivered, SMS opened, while at the same time providing an easy to use interface. I love the Custom Sender ID part, which really offered to our business personal branding and identity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price per SMS is a little high compared to local providers for certain location.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If there is one mass SMS provider that you should try, with great delivery rate and reporting features, TextMagic is the one.
