What differentiates ThoughtFarmer from other similar products?

The customer service is great. I always get a helpful and timely response to any of my questions regarding our intranet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Allows information to be easily distributed throughout the company. Employees get to hear what is going on at different sites, celebrate successes, etc. in situations where we wouldn't without the intranet.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I can think of.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it! I love how our intranet brings the company together. The ease of spreading information this way can't be beat!

The numerous features and easy to use platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integrations, though are a lot, are difficult to understand and implement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it but make sure you have an IT team to support you. Roles between IT and Marketing need to be clearly defined.
