Malwarebytes amazing threat protection platform.

Likeliness to Recommend

8 /10

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

Having Malwarebytes in the environment helped us notice malware that our different av failed to find. This reduced the number of infections right down to nearly nothing. We want to pay several hours every week managing infections and reloading computers. We tend to barely spend time nowadays.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I just like the effectiveness of threat detection and the easy deployment and administration. Competitive pricing. The development of options on the web portal has frequently surprised me. They are doing a good job of {training} end-users on new features, and additional protection, and providing a training portal for all of that.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We use Malwarebytes and a different av as a 2 layer defense for us. Unsure if we can return to only one however so far they each work nicely together. It’s dearer to own two av solutions but it saves time for our IT department.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Malwarebytes is straightforward to use and install. It plays well along with your existing anti-virus and may be simply managed. It’s the second layer of protection that produces us feel confident. Some users lack expertise and it is really easy for them to be fooled by all the emails that contain fishing information. Malwarebytes help us in ensuring that although they access the wrong sites or files our infrastructure is going to be protected.

Pros

  • Generous Negotitation
  • Transparent
  • Helps Innovate
  • Reliable
