What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

This protection system is immediate, threats are detected before they enter our servers and damage our documents, false positives do not exist with this software, it is much more special than the others, it makes us feel safe and regardless of whether we enter some link our system will be protected.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that the infections decreased by implementing Malwarebytes Endpoint Detection and Response, the features are simple, it is a lightweight system, it is not expensive and it is very fast to detect and neutralize threats.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No problem as we had bad experiences with other similar software and this software has given us hope as so far we haven't had any problems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is necessary to have this protection and response system for day to day, since threats are always on the web and prevention is achieved with this software, I recommend it with a high rating, since it will improve protection to the maximum.

Malwarebytes has too many features that were previously missing in old tools. Malwarebytes is a top-notch platform to protect all of our endpoints and servers connected so everyone connected in the network can use work more securely. I love the support team of Malwarebytes because they are available at any time to resolve any big and small issues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the overall tool but some aspects are my favorite. First of all, it is cloud-based which saves a huge amount of dedicated servers and time which was previously wasted to manage it but now everything is so clear, easy to use and understandable. My most favorite aspect is its performance. It's a real-time endpoints management tool so we were able to work without any worries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We've observed that the utility occasionally installs a new version while leaving the old one in place. On Windows-based machines, this results in conflict and slows it down. The system will restore to normal when we enter and uninstall the outdated version at that point.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Worried about the security and performance of your endpoints? If yes then no need to worry it's an appropriate solution to block all types of attacks in real-time whether they are well-known or unknown. In addition, its cost is comparatively less without compromising the performance of the platform.

Malwarebytes EDR combines the Endpoint Protection solution's preventative features with a number of additional tools for infection detection, isolation, investigation, and eradication. Real-time protection has been very helpful, and Malwarebytes detection is amazingly thorough and quick. Additionally, fully automated scans have no negative effects on how the computer operates. To make sure that my PCs operate quickly and efficiently, it starts up automatically and does regular scans.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is little doubt that the old client has not kept up with developments in EDR and Endpoint Protection. There are few and sparsely centralized logs. The definitions also appear to be deteriorating, as we have experienced numerous significant false positives that eliminated Chrome from our VDI cluster and caused us a great deal of trouble.
