Ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't anything I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have zero IT background and I am able to use it. This is a selling point.

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

We like how Malwarebytes has the ability to rollback the desktop's image

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We like how the product can protect and is update on the fly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really dislike how updates don't properly overwrite older builds. This causes our machines to slow down. IT has to go and do manual updates/removals.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you get the support license too or else you'll be stuck doing lots of updates manually.
