It has worked for us out of the box. We like the ease of use and the results even more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Always seem to be up to date.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost is a bit higher than I would like

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Buy it. It stopped so many calls we were able to focus energy elsewhere.

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

Malwarebytes has a great name and track record for malware but most people don't consider that it also has antivirus detection as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to use and manage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since we're a small organization price is a big factor and which we could get a better price on this product with all the features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product to evaluate with other endpoint solutions for your organization

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?

Ransomware protection and portal ease of use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cloud based with fast real-time data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The endpoint agent will sometimes get disconnected from the cloud and when it reconnects will create a second endpoint profile. I have to frequently go through the endpoints and delete duplicates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While MBAM has fantastic features, I wouldn't rely on just one application to support you're enterprise protections. I'd recommend a second anti-virus application that works in tandem with MBAM.
