Easy way to deploy Zero Trust.

What differentiates ThreatLocker from other similar products?

There really aren't similar products on the market yet. Many claim to have Zero Trust, but only have pieces in places. It's a great tool to keep zero trust lean in your organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Users can't install random software. Applications that could be malicious can't run.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Staff using it do need training. It's not an out of the box easy to use tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a lean security stack, ThreatLocker will definitely help with that. Expect your staff to need training, and for full deployment to take a few months. If you do it right, you will be able to relax and know that your clients are better secured than your competition.

Ease of builing application policies. The other modules like Storage Control and Network Access Control Complement Application Control.

Application Control.

Like so many things, it requires proper preparation for it to work well.

Utilize Cyber Hero support if you have any questions of how to do anything.

What differentiates ThreatLocker from other similar products?

The scope of the controls for activities taken on systems, allows us to much more securely empower our users to not only get things done, but be less afraid that they're going to cause a problem.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This product helps reframe the client's perspective from one of them versus technology + IT into a completely different view of them + IT versus the technology.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SMS for MFA is disappointing from a security application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be prepared for taking your time with the learning period, but stick with it. The end result will be a user-base that appreciates the process and the ability to get things done. '
