Even the free version of the tool supports more users up to five agents hence enabling smaller businesses use the solution
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the chatbot configuration as doesn't require more technical skills and has templates to begin with

Removing the Branding of Tidio comes at an expensive rate

With Tidio, we have the best chatbot and it's not only perfectly equipped but also is scalable unlike most tools in it's class.

Using Tidio is easy. I like the many features It's affordable Makes handling customer issues live easy.

No serious cons worth mentioning.
