What differentiates Toast POS from other similar products?
The universal plug if you will. They have the ability to integrate with a wide range of products so you can utilize the tools you prefer. They are also constantly developing and updating software so your software is always up to date. You can also use their software on any android device. The product team is also very innovative and receptive to feedback. The way that their product specialists work is that they come up with their own ideas pitch it and develop new products on their own and have to demonstrate value so they are always cutting edge
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to integrate multiple platforms and monitor guest experience
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes in efforts to be PCI compliant they go to far with restrictions that are unnecessary
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have an open mind, don’t expect it to be just like your last POS. Also take the time to understand the entire structure of the product. Use the resources they provide. The software has so many capabilities so take the time to learn and understand what you are using. Don’t call customer care until you have a basic understanding of your issue; because of the immense capabilities it is easier for them to help you if you tell them the area in which you have issues. Just like you wouldn’t go to a mechanic with a flat and say my car doesn’t drive and he asks what’s wrong and you say I don’t know.

What differentiates Toast POS from other similar products?
We've seen an increase in volume and an increase in efficiency, which is obviously a great return. The charge-per-ship capabilities increased the charge-per-ship revenue for us by 600%. These are 2 important features that have been game changers for us. this is the best software that has the. The software is so outdated it's like going back 30 years. Terrible, clumsy, slow and pathetically behind, but I've already taken care of logistics and financing in other organizations. It's just that furniture as a whole is a fraud and exploits customers and STORIS exploits companies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is definitely profitable and affordable for all small and medium businesses. Easy to use: It is very easy to use, even for professionals without technical knowledge. Initial integration: It was very simple and fast. Customization: Create your website the way you want. Customer service: Both sales and technical support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Too many individual apps that require additional monthly subscription fees. The software is buggy and support will just tell you to clear cache/cookies instead of solving the problem.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it as The software is cheap, they give us a free trial for more than 3 months, which is wonderful to play with the software and we decided that it is the best for our needs. 2) Other eCommerce software doesn't offer many customization options, but Zoho has many customization options, which are easy to use and you don't need any developer knowledge. 3) Customer support is wonderful and you can expect a quick response almost every time.
