Simple to use and implement

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Calendar schedule with easy drag and drop to other due dates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can't attach files to tasks. Which I could have workspaces like click up where you can have "work" and "personal" lists completely separated.

Simple, Easy to Use To Do List App

What differentiates Todoist from other similar products?

The mobile app is easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's an extremely easy to use app, so it doesn't take as much time to create lists and tasks as it does with some of the other more complicated to do list apps. We used it to help us manage and share tasks at work when we were a small team and it was super effective. We would receive notifications when we were assigned something and could comment back and forth on that particular task, making it an effective way of communicating as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish that it was easier to customize email reminders for lists and tasks. Also, it wasn't the most effective tool once our team grew because we couldn't create task hierarchies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good for small teams or individual task management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Todoist Business is its simplicity and intuitive design. It allows me to easily create and organize tasks, set priorities, and manage projects without feeling overwhelmed. The clean interface and user-friendly features make it a pleasure to use, enhancing my productivity and keeping me on top of my tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Todoist Business has many great features, one aspect that I find lacking is the ability to create more complex project structures. It would be beneficial to have more advanced project management capabilities, such as task dependencies, Gantt charts, and resource allocation. These features would provide better visibility into project timelines and help with coordinating tasks and resources more effectively.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
