What differentiates Trend Micro Apex One from other similar products?

When you install the Agent on the target server, you may change and configure anti-malware, firewall, IDS/IPS, and other settings from the monitoring server's side interface, and the ability to centrally administer numerous monitored servers is beneficial. Furthermore, if you create the policy ahead of time and specify it while installing the Agent on the target server, the policy settings will be applied, which is very handy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We mostly use AWS, however our options for security measures are limited, and the integrated anti-virus, WAF, and IPS capabilities may be offered as a bundle. It is possible to add a set of integrated anti-virus, WAF, and IPS features. Trend Micro Deep Security is a hosted solution, yet it is easy to install if it is an early solution rather than a modernized one.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd like more flexibility in modifying the format of alarm detection emails. If the DSaaS administrator changes the installation script specs or announces server-side maintenance, I'd want to be notified in advance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The server security in the cloud environment relates to the specific, not simply the WAF, virus scanning, intrusion detection (IDS / IPS), which can respond and fix these threats almost essential to address server security, such as tamper detection. Furthermore, it may be adopted with little cost impact. A gateway-type solution is difficult to imagine in the cloud, so by selecting and inputting the aim you want to improve, the level of that component will rise. I was also using the SOC at first, but it was stable and had few warnings in question, so I canceled it and stuck with this product. It may be more profitable this way.
