What differentiates Trend Micro Cloud App Security from other similar products?

In utilizing Trend Micro's key Cloud security features within our organization over the past few years we have increased ease of use productivity alongside our learning curve for our newer staff which has reduced the amount of time spent in the onboarding processes and alleviated a bit of stress for our IT managers overall! We have had zero issues since switching over to this product over the past few years and plan to continue utilizing it as long as we can as long as our business is still active and profitable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The efficient learning curve is probably our favorite component of utilizing this particular brand of Cloud Software security overall. Utilizing Cisco in the past was nice however for our current needs based on our company size and reduced applicable workforce available, Trend Micro's features and overall accessibility has been an immense walk in the park for our company!

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no difficulties or struggles in using this product so far. The software is cutting edge and exactly in tune with where it needs to be while remaining fairly easy to navigate for our internal leaders overall! Perhaps more features could be added down the road however over our past 3 years of use we can't complain one bit about the security and value we've received overall!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Truly the need and use for Trend Micro's Cloud Security computing software is dependent on every organizations size, annual budget, and applicable instances to ensure it fits the long-term goals of that company. As a smaller enterprise with a decent but sometimes limited IT expenditure budget, we cannot say enough positive about Trend Micro's software and would greatly recommend it to any other organization or small business thinking of switching over or onboarding such easy to use and informative software.
