What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That they are trying to solve the issues related to developer , business analyst at minute levels also. Every other person who have a basic coding knowledge can do the rpa automation on it and with the time he can improves his skills as well. And if you don't have any basic knowledge then you can use their studio x version. I like how they treat everyone equally and providing them what they need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently there are not any dislikes in this product. This is perfect product for automation.

The content that we are able to automate is surprising, UiPath is used with Excel, images, texts and with many other things that we must automate, I love using UiPath RPA to carry out all the tasks no matter what level of complexity they have.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Deployments can be delayed if the staff is new to it, but I still think UiPath RPA is the most efficient and is the king of RPAs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

UiPath RPA works with automations with images, Excel, text and is the software that determines the most demanding business processes, I can recommend it with my eyes closed without hesitation.

I have noticed that Uipath RPA is very cheap compared to other automation software, it also has a better service with its clients, and mainly that was the reason why I switched to Uipath, because with the service I was using previously I had little communication, And with Uipath they are much more attentive, they care about the client and that he meets his objectives.

We have been using Uipath RPA for a couple of years, and if there was a race to be the best automation software, Uipath would be the first, because it is the most capable of providing good automation functions, our departments use this software to provide better service to our clients, we program the bots to send emails, search for specific words, and some office work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not everything has been great with Uipath, it has been difficult for us to get to where we are and to be able to use this service as professionals, at first we did not know how to make the bots do our tasks, because it has a difficult learning curve to overcome at the beginning, because not we were experts in this type of software.

At first everything will be a bit confusing and complicated, you will feel helpless for not doing the work you want to do, but with the help of the technical support service and good training you can automate the tasks that the staff find very easy to do and let them bots do their job.
