What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like UKG Pro because it allows for personalized onboarding and a quick start. You can keep payroll records, employee tax information, and private information about your employees in one place. Reports can be generated for a variety of parameters, including work activities and time and attendance. You can improve performance, streamline work processes, increase worker understanding, and increase retention rates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UKG Pro's customer support remains lackluster. The UKG Pro learning curve is very severe for non-technical users. It takes a long time to bring new staff into the program.

To handle your personal data and files, I suggest UKG Pro. For compensation, punctuality, performance and succession plans.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

UKG professional is user-friendly, the system provides up to date data that helps you keep compliant in many areas and it’s a very trendy look and feel creating it comfy for several users. The system has allowed us to go mostly paperless and puts information at our fingertips that we want to need to shop around for in storage. The reportage tool is amazing and makes it straightforward to report on almost any field within the system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like using software that enables the worker to possess the flexibility of viewing and submitting through the software. I conjointly like that each one of my documentation is there in one place. Loving the new analytics options within the Payroll entrance that allow you to examine potential problems without having to run reports. Points out how many terminated workers are being paid and active employees not being paid. Reduces time and will increase efficiency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the downsides are the inability to discuss tax problems with payment services and therefore the time it takes to urge cases to be resolved. If these were improved it’d give a far better client experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This system is the best I have seen from a payroll and HR perspective. This can be compared to around ten different systems I’ve worked with over the 5+ years I have been within the payroll field. Having each HR and payroll info all in one place has been great.

UKG Pro is different because they listen to their customers and take suggestions and actually implement those suggestions! They care about your business and want it to succeed. They really follow their motto of "Our Purpose is People"

Do your homework. Language is everything. Make sure that you and the vendor are speaking the same language. Be very clear about your expectations and needs. As with any transition or implementation- planning is key!
