What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

UKG Professional is user-friendly, the system provides up-to-date data that helps you stay relevant in many areas and it has a very modern look and feels comfortable to many users. The system has allowed us to go largely paperless and put information at our fingertips that would not require us to shop in stores. The reporting tool is amazing and makes it easy to report on almost any field within the system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like using software that gives the worker the flexibility to view and submit PTO through the software. I generally like to have all my documents in one place. Loving the new analytics options within Payroll Entry that allow you to evaluate potential issues without running reports. It shows how many terminated workers are being paid and how many active employees are not being paid. Reduces time and will increase efficiency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the downsides are the inability to discuss tax issues with payment services and hence the time it takes to encourage cases to be resolved. If these are improved, it will give a much better experience to the client.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This system is the best I have seen from a payroll and HR perspective. This is comparable to about ten different systems I've worked with over 20+ years in the payroll field. It has been great to have all of the HR and payroll information in one place.

With workflow capabilities for human resources with appropriate reviewers and approvers. Your staff have the ability to update their own data through self-service options. PTO work hours and wages can be tracked. Based on cutting-edge computing techniques including artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and business intelligence.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like UKG Pro because it allows for personalized onboarding and a quick start. You can keep payroll records, employee tax information, and private information about your employees in one place. Reports can be generated for a variety of parameters, including work activities and time and attendance. You can improve performance, streamline work processes, increase worker understanding, and increase retention rates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UKG Pro's customer support remains lackluster. The UKG Pro learning curve is very severe for non-technical users. It takes a long time to bring new staff into the program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To handle your personal data and files, I suggest UKG Pro. For compensation, punctuality, performance and succession plans.
