It permits us to streamline many things that were earlier performed manually. All the pay-related issues are now managed via it. it also provides an online tracking system PTO., where managers can approve requests being submitted by employees for any of them. It also offers brilliant abilities regarding report making.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives a long period for people to operate there and even develops the bond of family like with them. They are very quick in responding the queries and are always available for feedback. The tools available on this platform are user-friendly. It offers the user so much to play with these tools. It keeps updating its software which is pretty good for the users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I find sometimes clingy is the lack of a direct approach to the Payment Services Team. Sometimes, when I am in dire need to have of help from the Payment Services Team, I have to wait until they reach me and it sometimes takes several days. This thing needs some attention. Otherwise, a good platform to work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It doesn’t require its users to have expertise in this. The working of its tool is perfect. One can even write a report by having a lot of information. It also facilitates a mobile app to save time and for efficient and quick working.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

It helps its users to the maximum by proving easy payroll deals without any confusion. Its filters are also supporting its recruitment purpose. Its timesheet is also easy to understand. Its price and customer services are one of the most attractive features to people. It provides great learning and free service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives an approach to the account of my employee regarding me. And assure the validity of my company’s record. It works pretty well in tracing the PTO, along with providing all choices in a single database. It is also helpful in defining benefits annually. I love using this platform for a long time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing too much to dislike about this app as it is feature-rich software in all ways. It is perfectly meeting all the demands I desire for my corporation. It gives me all-time access to the community having rich resources items. In case of facing any type of issue, the guiding portal is always available to help.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would confidently recommend it as good functioning software. It is easy-to-understand software for payroll purposes. The reporting system is amazing. Although I am not an expert in this field but always find it pretty easy to work on. In the case of quick responses, they are very active.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Every aspect of our payroll is handled by UKG. They are a comprehensive and durable system that can meet all of the demands of our expanding firm. Their customer service departments are very helpful and promptly respond to our inquiries. We had a lot of fun using it because it was such a terrific tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The nicest part of UKG Pro, in my opinion, is that I have constant access to the community's wealth of useful resources. Even a step-by-step guide on how to design a process is provided by the community. I enjoy that I can always call and a person is there to help me if, for any reason, I can't find what I'm searching for in the community I prefer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The one aspect of UKG Pro that I can think of that I don't like is that we can't contact the Payment Services Team directly. Sometimes I need the Payment Services team's assistance immediately, but I have to wait until they can call me back, which can take a few days.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For HR users, the customization of the system, building of business rules, and navigation are intuitive. We value being able to implement improved functionality without requiring assistance from our UKG connections. I genuinely enjoy it. I think this is the greatest option for you.
