What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

PTO tracking and offering all benefit options in one database are both beneficial. It facilitates access to a wealth of employee data and guarantees the accuracy of organizational data. It has excellent payroll, core HR, and training features. Compared to the other working tool, it was significantly superior.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We utilize UKG since it is a very helpful tool. It values consumer input and suggestions, and it releases new features on a regular basis. That gives me comfort as a customer. Many of these capabilities can also be enabled or disabled by consumers, allowing us to roll them out gradually based on what is best for our business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because not all capabilities are accessible through the Web interface, managers must use a "Back Office" application to carry out some activities. It is not difficult to use or access, but in order to properly operate UKG Pro, one needs to become familiar with this additional system. It annoys me occasionally as a result of this flaw.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Beyond its Core offering, UKG Pro offers features/modules that may be added at any time, creating a type of a-la-carte option where new clients can automate as few or as many business processes as they need. I urge you to do this.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

To help our leaders make important decisions that will affect our organization, I have learned about and created some amazing reports and dashboards. It greatly aids us in producing more accurate and timely work. It offers new, simple ways to complete tasks more quickly and efficiently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can find anything we require at UKG. Using several platforms for learning, performance management, payroll, benefits, and other functions is not a concern for us. Everything is there. It is surprising how much time was saved by the integration with other partners and carriers. The system is user-friendly and our data is now more secure than before.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't anything serious about the app that I detest. If I had to choose just one thing, I guess it would be how easily it interfaces with my other programs. Although such a system does not yet exist, it would be wonderful to establish an all-inclusive one.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Increase your attention to process flows and areas that require HR processes. Additionally, pay attention to consolidated pricing rather than piecemeal pricing for each bundle, which significantly raises the cost when compared to competing HRIS systems. I urge everyone to use it because it is the best tool we have ever used.

We use the software in the human resources department to keep up to date all the management of our employees. From their schedules, shifts and hours worked, to their attendance and work performance. All in an easy to use system, with a clean interface, which allows us to be much more organized.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Allows you to keep track of each shift of the workday, being able to establish the workers by shifts, absences and the ability to find replacements for future shifts. It has a system where we can monitor and supervise the daily time worked online, as well as the attendance and absences of workers. All the management of time control is very easy to configure according to the shifts and the hours to be worked in each one. It has a very complete time and attendance management, to keep track of the employee's daily performance and order. Allows the supervision of time online, as well as the supervision of absences and permissions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to be able to configure the same shifts to different time zones, as we have workers located in several cities that have different time zones. Setting up the program to suit our needs, schedules, shifts and number of employees took time; a more automatic system would be perfect. The program needs a more efficient search engine, so that we can search and find employee profiles without so much delay.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can recommend this software to all companies, especially to those who work with different shifts, because the organization and assistance offered to carry all the management, is invaluable and quality. Undoubtedly we work much better since we have UKG Pro.
