The major disadvantage of the program, in my opinion, is that the mobile app lacks several functionalities that the PC software has. Some things that I would ordinarily be able to use are not available on the mobile app. Aside from that, I don't have many, if any, cons for this program.

Each function can be responsible for different areas of the system, such as Benefits, HR, and Payroll, as well as a technical person who can supervise reports and overall system administration. The technology has enabled us to become mostly paperless and puts information at our fingertips that we previously had to look for in storage.

Because of the security access levels linked with the time and attendance product we had before, reporting was challenging. Their assistance might be delayed at times, but they appear to be working to improve this. And some of their goods don't appear to go far enough to reduce employee workload.
