The data models in the core are simple to comprehend as well as the setup is excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When a problem develops, the answer is largely determined by the people assigned to it but sometimes the late response of their professionals annoys us very badly. Furthermore, some of their services do not appear to go far enough to reduce employee workload.

Its simplicity, scalability, versatility, and broad network of engineers and analysts who specialize in the system are what I appreciate best about this Payroll system. UKG Pro has done an excellent job of enabling us and our employees to keep track of our payroll status. Integrations are straightforward to set up.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Users must recruit more resources to stay up with the tool, which is tough when operating in a small business setting. It is costly, but because it is also robust, other large companies can overlook it; nonetheless, it will be a difficulty for smaller businesses with little resources.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our organization uses UKG Pro to manage general timekeeping, internal database sharing, and payroll responsibilities for our project specs. Because it can be used in any business setting, I recommend that others test it first for their needs. Most likely, it will be perfect for you.

Others could not similarly tailor the system to our specific requirements. Their payroll process was inefficient and time-consuming, and we had various tax concerns with payroll. The reporting and analytics capabilities were limited. UKG Pro is an excellent solution for our businesses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All employees have access to a database, which includes a directory, as well as an easy portal for time clock administration, benefits, file sharing, and training. I enjoyed how simple and convenient it was to use this app on my phone to clock in every day. Through here, I was able to request time off, sick days, and holiday compensation. I didn't have to go to my director.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the inability to give several company codes to an employee who may be paid differently in separate company codes, but this affects a small number of employees and there is a workaround. Aside from that, I don't have many, if any, cons for this software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this tool to every organization. UKG is user-friendly and covers all of our departments' processes. The customer service is excellent and prompt. Overall, we've saved a lot of paper and gained a lot of efficiencies by minimizing manual operations. Our decision was based primarily on the cost and level of customer service given.
