What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

UKG Pro has a much more easy to navigate user-interface than similar products and has more self-service features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part is the mobile app feature that can provide information on the go.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The timekeeping function is not fully integrated and thus we still need two separate systems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The website works best for Google Chrome over Internet Explorer and Firefox.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

UKG Pro is different because they listen to their customers and take suggestions and actually implement those suggestions! They care about your business and want it to succeed. They really follow their motto of "Our Purpose is People"

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use. both for employees and for the deeper user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

there is really nothing I dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your homework. Language is everything. Make sure that you and the vendor are speaking the same language. Be very clear about your expectations and needs. As with any transition or implementation- planning is key!

The integrations between products appears to be more seamless. Assigned account representatives. THE PEOPLE are the main differentiators.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamless integration between onboarding and payroll.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of knowledge and timely support of UTM

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Verify the time systems actually work with anything "special" to your state for time restrictions, specifically any special work arrangements within the state of California.
