What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

The customer success portal and ability to create cases, teams seem to work together well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use, I love the Share Ideas page but would like to see more of the favorited ideas implemented.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Certain improvements are needed, namely in benefits administration and certain areas of payroll.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Evaluation of the Share Ideas page to make them come to fruition, it's frustrating to see "future consideration" on a well received idea for years over years.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

I have tried other HCM software and UKG pro has been the most complete in terms of functions for various activities that integrate an essential service such as payroll, benefits, Core HR, organizational chart, employee directory, history, etc. Employees have easy access to their HR data, UKG is in the cloud and allows online access, reducing paperwork and emails. Allows users to be their own benefits administrators instead of third parties. The Customer Success Portal feature is great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like being able to join community blogs with other companies and work groups that also use UKG. For new users, I think it's great because it has an easy to use system, plus the learning center plays a very important role. UKG is accessible to everyone from anywhere and helps me save on printing physical pay stubs. It is a customizable platform and adjusts to the pace of the organization. It is not necessary to resort to several providers, it is a multifunctional tool of great support for human resources. It is a solid tool that works 24 hours a day, in my experience I have had very minimal issues with UKG.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are very few of my annoyances, one of them is Share Ideas, many of them are not implemented even though they are popular.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are interested in employee and manager self-service functions, UKG Pro optimizes those characteristics well. It is powerful enough to handle tedious work. Take advantage of the whole system and don't limit yourself to specific needs, look at all the modules so you don't get stuck in the future, you will save time and money.
