UKG has a wider breadth of features and modules available to users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The options, the HR Service Delivery module which really assists in fielding requests from employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cognos BI is incredibly complicated. Recruitment module needs a little help.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bring in multiple people for implementation if possible.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Customer service! It was critical to our organization to ensure we had support for anything and everything and it has made a huge impact on day-to-day services and how we operate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Definitely Payroll and HR Core- onboarding, ACA management, and Time and Attendance. Easy to use and navigate and user-friendly for the employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing in particular about the products and services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Read the reviews, test the product and see if there is a connection between UKG and your organization.

Payroll Administration Includes basic payroll, taxes and other deductions, check runs, deposits, and pay stubs.

Scheduling Includes unloading, delivery, goods issue, and loading date. Integrates shipping, transportation, and receiving calendars and determines scheduling direction.

Position Management Ability to control attributes of job and position titles, org structure and charting, job descriptions, and roles and responsibilities.

Self-Service Applicant Portal​ The solution provides a robust applicant portal where documentation can be submitted, updated, and where the present status of an application can be tracked.
