from starting of our HCM operations we are Using UKG Ultipro, other than this we didn't use any software.

Mobile Accessibility Learning & Development Payroll Management Employee Self Services Advance Analytics

As of now, nothing to say any negatives in UKG Ultipro

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can definitely recommend this product as a global HCM solution. It is very easy to migrate from other HCM products, and it simplifies the implementation and design of HR processes. Additionally, it integrates seamlessly with all third-party support applications.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

It seems to have more features available than other products. It can do a lot of different things if you're paying for it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Managing the time clocks employees use to punch in. They are very easy to manage and update.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integrations with other software can be quite costly and takes lots of time. The specialists assigned from UKG do not always seem well enough trained in this aspect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Outline the reasons you want to invest in it and be certain you will be getting value - it's a beast of a product and the money/time investment needs to be worth it.

By automating processes like benefits administration and payroll processing, UKG Pro helps you minimize the administrative load. Lowers the possibility of mistakes and fines by assisting in ensuring adherence to standards and laws.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

To organize and track employees' private and work-related data, I like UKG Pro. Also for the automation of administrative tasks and activities related to personnel data. I am able to write personalized reports covering many facets of HRM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because it is a cloud-based service, its operation necessitates a continuous Internet connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For analytics that let decision makers anticipate workforce changes and make data-driven choices, I suggest UKG Pro.
