UKG offers a total, comprehensive package that provides all aspects of an HRIS.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the HRSD product that is an adjunct of UKG Pro - it allows me to automate processes across the organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UKG has done a lot of innovation and changing, yet there are still many issues that are many customers' pain points that are not being addressed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While implementation is challenging, getting UKG Pro set up properly the first time will save a lot of headaches.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to create workflows and build complex reporting on my own with customer support when needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

How disconnected some of the UKG products are and how you have to maintain a lot of system settings that are duplicated throughout the UKG products.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Decide which products you want now and launch them all at once. It will help establish your org structure and rule base way easier than trying to plug in new products along the way.
