All of the different modules that are available, and their integration with each other.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Learning/Recruiting/Onboarding

What do you dislike most about this product?

Issues with pay and PTOs being incorrect

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implementation is a huge commitment. There are issues with stat pay, different rates of pay and PTO calculation. Take a look at all of the modules. There are some really good ones.

I love the Talent management

i would love to have the capability to be able to update some things on our own instead of opening cases.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

i have used several different products and this is by far the best and I can see more updates to come in the future.
