How robust the product is, yet simple once you have an understanding of the system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BI reporting and the ease of integration with other platforms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some products or features have limited documentation and support can take a while to get back to you when questions arise.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say UKG Pro should definitely be a considered product if you have a larger organization. The people art UKG are knowledgeable and the transition is as easy as can be.
