UKG Pro allows for great functionality for employees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the functionality given to employees to manage their information and not rely on others to complete their daily tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inflexibility to make changes to certain features in the people and time systems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would test out a myriad of features in order to ensure you will have a product that can satisfy your pressing needs in the organization to ensure success.
