What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Strenghts : Innovation 💡 User-friendly - A lot of on-line support and help ( they have their own academy like Google and Microsoft) Opportunities: New product in Canada since the fusion between Kronos and ultimate software the 20th Feb 2020. Weakness : French language especially in Québec they have to work on translation asap. Threats : Like any other software system, it can be vulnerable to cyber threats. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Green color 🙂 no seriously the Innovation and continuous improvement (very good on that...)

What do you dislike most about this product?

A little heavy in implementation process comparing by others software in the industry in Canada. The delay to start the project 😒 Some projects take more time than already scheduled at discovery phase. Continously improvement is always a good thing but sometimes if you don't do it at the right moment can be more negative for the company startegie's.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If, this someone is in Canada I highly recommend him to hire a Bilingual Payroll Master.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

I think the customizability has been great for us in some areas (not all), as we've been able to do a lot that is unique to our needs, rather than fitting into concrete templates.

UKG Pro Learning

What do you dislike most about this product?

Performance Management seems to be lacking. It's very outdated compared to performance management-specific software platforms out there. It takes a lot of manual setup or customization, whereas performance management seems like an area you'd want a turn-key solution based on industry standards and best practices. I have also only ever had frustrating experiences with customer support. They are slow, don't seem to read help requests very well, and most often reply with ineffective "solutions" we have already tried to resolve our issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely consider it among your options because it offers a full gamut of services, but it will take work to optimize it for your needs. It certainly isn't perfect. If you're willing to do the work it can be worth it to have everything your organization needs in a one-stop shop. I'm not familiar enough with other platforms to make direct comparisons, including on price, but I have definitely found value in my daily use of it.

Offers a comprehensive suite of features that covers all aspects of HR management, from payroll processing to performance management to benefits administration. Also, It offers robust reporting capabilities that allow users to generate custom reports and analytics to inform business decisions

I appreciate the robust functionality and versatility of UKG Pro. Its comprehensive suite of features, including payroll processing, benefits administration, time and attendance tracking, and performance management, enables me to manage all aspects of HR in one centralized location. The platform's scalability also means that it can accommodate the needs of our growing business, which is essential for long-term success

the steep learning curve for new users, and occasional issues with system glitches or downtime
