What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
All payroll processing is handled by UKG. Our expanding business needs can be met with their help because they are a comprehensive and reliable system. Their customer service is quick to respond to our inquiries and provide helpful solutions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that I can use UKG Pro whenever I want to and that its community is so full of helpful resources is its best feature. The community even provides detailed instructions on how to set up a particular procedure. I enjoy that if I have any trouble locating a service or am unsure of how to proceed within the neighborhood, I can always give the office a call and someone will help me out.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can feel like an eternity until your case is addressed or even someone responds to you due to the case logging system. It would be helpful if the auto-reply email included included the case subject and not simply the case number.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
UKG Pro has solved a lot of issues for me, such as getting rid of manual checks, making it easy to make new time and pay codes, and facilitating payments.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
This item not only met, but much beyond, all of the expectations that I had for it. New UKG components have been included into the primary system, and as a result, there is no longer any incompatibility between any of the existing components of the system or the newly added ones. My go-to conference is UKG Pro because it gives me access to something that I cannot acquire at any other event.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Ultipro is a well-liked option due to the fact that it has a basic operation and a straightforward design. In recent years, texting has grown in popularity as a practical form of interacting with workers due to its convenience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A significant source of my annoyance is the challenge that presents itself in acquiring notifications when an employee experiences a life event and then submits the request for approval. There was a time when doing something required a lot less effort than it does now. I have a strong aversion to this component. It looks like an easy and undemanding improvement to include an email that alerts the administrator that authorisation is being asked.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a solution like this and are considering your options, UltiPro is a great choice to take into consideration since not only does it have fantastic reporting tools, but its user community is also quite friendly and helpful. It comes with the strongest recommendation that can possibly be given.
