It offers a variety of tools to help improve people management, including hiring, appraisals, career development, compensation, benefits, and more. Integrating with other platforms, including LinkedIn integration, this sync offers employers an easy way to discover and contact the right candidates for open positions, leveraging LinkedIn's huge database of qualified professionals.

I like the platform, it is very easy to use, I can quickly access it, it integrates with other systems, which makes it easy to manage processes.
