The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?
UKG has more features and integration with Payroll and ERP systems. Good support and communication between UKG and user community. Reliability, a tried and tested product that delivers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Great product support , available training, UKG features always improving and listening to their customers needs. The Kronos/UKG Community, a great resource for networking and chatting with real users in same industry who use this product in the same way we do.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Really the only thing might be cost. We are a school district and the budget of education has always been in a delicate situation with state funding. We have to be good stewards of our resources. But one thing we can't afford is to be without UKG as our system of record, our Time & Attendance, and workforce management application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Research with other UKG customers in your area/industry who use Kronos, What would they recommend if they were going through and new purchase and install of the application. Work closely with the Project Manager, implementation team, and key people in your organization who need to be involved as well. Have a plan, realistic time-line, and pilot or test prior to Go Live.

What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?
UKG Ready is all one system. There is no need to have a payroll/HR system along with Timekeeping/Scheduling.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of report building exporting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The ability to handle multiple jobs within a bigger organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think of your organization size and if your employees have more than one position.

Easy to use compared to all others

What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?
Definitely a better product, no comparison having used at least 4 other leading payroll engines, still missing some features to make even better.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Payroll processing is a so easy to use and once you get to know some of features you won't find any easier product
What do you dislike most about this product?
Viewing employees' earnings, we should have available a tab for QTD and or select from to Dates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I believe having used several versions of ADP, Ceridian and Costpoint, this product is definitely the best.
