UKG Ready is a full suite product offering everything you need in one place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Love how the system is live, especially with Accruals, as soon as a PTO request is approved the time is deducted and added to the timesheet.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am happy that they are in the process of improving Performance Management
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask lots of question to be sure it fits your needs. When implementing be sure that the data that you are importing is accurate/correct.

What differentiates UKG Ready from other similar products?
UKG is extremely reliable. Their Time Keeping system is very user friendly, easy to understand for our employees, saves time, reliable. This system does and has everything an employer needs for their employees and for the employer as well. This system saves money. It is expensive but you get what you pay for.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Extremely user friendly, the time sheet for the employee is easy to read, understand and doesn’t involve so much to complete it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I dislike
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend it 100%. The WorkForce Ready Time Keeping system will Keep you ion the employer side happy and most important the employees happy.
