The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. The HR onboarding is cumbersome and clunky.

The timekeeping, scheduling and payroll aspect of the product is fabulous. I would recommend purchasing a better HR onboarding integration product.

Integration with the UKG Pro System is great!

customization & integration set up is not as robust. Also the SFTP capabilities are limited.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Attend all trainings available! Do not be afraid to ask questions in UKG Community or submit cases for technical support.
