What differentiates Unily from other similar products?

Better user experience and being able to personalise the look of the platform. Have a mobile app running along side the main platform helped with our different role engagement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The support available. Either from the onboarding team, using the sandbox/ testing area through to reviewing the Universe for new and latest updates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a good understanding of what you want to achieve and the main goals of the platform. Learn from any existing platform ms you may have and ensure you don’t make and build the same mistakes. This can be a really powerful engagement tool if designed, built and delivered correctly.
