What differentiates Unily from other similar products?

Unily is something where one can rely as the services provided by this software is highly recommendable. This is the best instant messaging software including but not limited to file sharing, data sharing, conference calls. To be honest, any industry working with mobile employees can use this with ease. In this pandemic where most of the employees working from home and distant location can utilize this to connect with peers and their team easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

arranging a conference meeting, file sharing, video conferencing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is on a little higher range. It can be little more negotiating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it as this is far better than other software in market. It is safe and secure and user friendly.

Very difficult to customize to meet my organization's unique needs. We had to pay high out of pocket costs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you know what is out of the box and understand that implementing customizations will be time consuming and expensive.
