Vanilla Soft Pro is a Real-time lead management CRM and fully integrated sales dialer. VanillaSoft’s queue-based system pushes the highest priority records to agents in real-time for the fastest speed to lead. Agents work on their leads, see branch scripting and call prompts, launch phone calls, emails and SMS, and push contact and activity results back to the CRM of record. One pane of glass, no swivel chair, no extra steps. Agents have more high-quality conversations with the best leads, faster.
