What differentiates VanillaSoft from other similar products?

In 3 years i only spoke to customer service once, because of a mistake I made with login credentials. Their software is very straightforward has never given me a single issue while managing thousands of leads.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user interface allows me to call, text and email leads rapidly and seamleslly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I guess it could look better - but it's a working app, what do you expect? Gets the job done

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

After using it with my previous company, I tried getting a friend's new startup to use it since they were tracking leads and sales processes on a single excel sheet. Their niche didn't have a ton of leads and we couldn't get it to make sense for such a low volume. That being said, we didn't talk to Vanillasoft sales for more information, we just went off what I remembered, which was larger volumes. So I'd talk to sales to see what works best for you!

Email platform integration. Only as this is an area of the product we use less.

If used for any sales related, pipeline management or voice campaign, VanillaSoft is the perfect fit
