What differentiates Vantage Rewards from other similar products?

1. Vantage not only has the employee engagement thing but has also some best commercial deals. 2. Different applications are available catering the same, have very poor customer service, whereas Vantage has the best service to offer in case of any query/ ambiguities. 3. Semi-formal app wherein all colleagues and appreciate each other expertise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1. Appreciation platform for the employees, wherein you can appreciate any of your colleague and showcase his/her effort. Also, the comments section enables employees to get a view of the appreciation made by other colleagues. 2. Best adjectives in place to appreciate employee via a post on the platform 3. The customer service they offer is the best, has a fair solution to the query raised, and deals patiently

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. Inadequate details on the offers that are offered for different purchases made on the shopping websites 2. No referral program wherein an employee gets a small token a gift to add on his company colleague onto the platform 3. No access to interact with an individual colleague, just to increase one's circle and have cross-functional engagement

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a well-suited app for employee engagement, commercial deals, discounts. And the best part of the app is it's quite user-friendly with the best customer service. It's quite the same as a social platform. Potentially quite the same as LinkedIn with better support and for free. I can't picturise scenario why one should not be on the platform
