Work as intended, Zero issues, we can comply with any backup strategy demanded by the security and business continuity department.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use can connect to various online storage services can implement almost any backup strategy, multiple copies on multiple repositories cost is acceptable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We've been using Veeam for more than 6 years. We had zero issues with the service. I have no complaints about the software, it does what it is designed to do.

What differentiates Veeam Disaster Recovery Orchestrator from other similar products?

Veeam DR Orchestrator contains the advanced analytics and reporting services through which an organization can easily check the status of DR readiness as well. This coupled with flexibility of the recovery modes available makes it possible for business organizations to be in a position to choose the most appropriate measure available depending on the operations that need to be recovered hence giving it a competitive edge over other organizations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It becomes much easier to manage complicated cases through simple operational interface of the given platform. It becomes easier for the users to move around the interface and manage different options, recoveries, and even simulate disaster scenarios. It also helps organizational leaders to have well functioning disaster recovery processes without exposing their institutions to possible human error during recovery activities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the software comes packed with unique features, the functionality is not easy to decipher especially for the first-time users. Some of the activities may be perceived to be complex by the less endowing IT staff hence raising the need for further training and assistance. This could in result slow down the disaster recovery plans thus affecting the overall operations preparedness.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To enhance the value of this product, IT Solution must focus on training of staffs to ensure that they deliver beyond expectations. This way the different features and functionalities of the product will be well understood by the team, hence improving on the implementation process and therefore lead to better disaster recovery.
