What differentiates Vlocity Insurance from other similar products?

It is very easy to use and easy to adapt product. Digitalized procedure of claims is very smooth along with the support to customer readily available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I Like how transparent it is. It shows the various stages a claim is currently under.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is costly as compared to other products available in the market. It shows' the current status of the entire organization via an excel report rather an a dashboard available to all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for it. It will transform your operations lifecycle in a very effective and efficient way.
