-Has components that enable faster to market making it easier for users to deploy new products and services faster than building from scratch. -has omni-channel capabilities that enable consistent customer experiences across web, mobile, agents, and call center channels improving engagement and retention.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

-Jas enhanced customer 360 view :it combines customer data across different touchpoints to provide a holistic view, supporting personalized service and upselling opportunities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

-Complex implementation :although it offers pre-built functionality, configuring and integrating vlocity with legacy systems can be complex and time consuming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend any insurance company or broker to use vlocity for its holistic results.
