What differentiates Voxco Survey Platform from other similar products?

Best suited for multi mode surveys (Web/Paper/Phone). Good dashboard for quick metrics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The centralized data for all modes of surveys. All the data from web, paper (after scanning) and CATI resides in one location and that makes it easy to see the current status across all modes

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its pricey. The user interface is also not the greatest.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure this fits your survey needs (ie how may surveys are expected, what modes). For lesser surveys or web only surveys, best to consider other tools
