What differentiates WalkMe from other similar products?
Ease of use - very simple to write and receive content to the User
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very simple to integrate into our application. Just have to provide the hooks and the UI elements to receive the content and it just renders!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Can't really think of anything. We used this in an engineering team to be able to present guided walkthroughs to our users. Our role was to integrate the content into our application and make sure it rendered correctly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure it works well for you by comparing to other industry competitors

What do you dislike most about this product?
Account management is constantly changing and doesn't have answers to questions. Support interactions can be frustrating and take too long for responses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure your developers add ID and class tags to everything you may want to interact with. It will make things foolproof.

Game-changing tech; not as “no-code” as presented

What differentiates WalkMe from other similar products?
The degree to which it be customized if you can code
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Auto-play, though I wish it performed better. I’ve been able to define data conditions that portend user error and I use it to auto-play WalkMe content before the user can commit said error. I want to do more of it but auto-play doesn’t work inside of iframes, which is often where I need it most.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The step selector. It’s sold as 100% reliable. Best I’ve ever seen is 40%.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider it takes engagement of IT, Learning and the business. Each owns a piece and that relationship needs to be clear up front. And DO NOT think that you can teach an existing employee to build walks off of the side of their desk. You will get nowhere fast.
