What differentiates Wave from other similar products?

I think it is very fast internally to calculate tax bases and it is a great relief to know that it is easy to export the documents, print them, upload them to the cloud, it has many properties compatible with other software with a phenomenal UI experience. it's just great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Taking into consideration that taxes are necessary for society and the tax base is essential in a business, the software helps us keep everything under control, we generate balance sheets easily and adequately to be sure of what we must pay, avoiding tedious administrative fines. The design of the program is very functional with us in mind. on the other hand, the assets can be given a clear order and can be found in a clear and orderly manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Surely the customer service is a bit outdated, sometimes it is very difficult to find human advice and most of them reflect bots that give the same information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that you try the new accounting administration of the future if you are interested in your business success.

What differentiates Wave from other similar products?

I like how simple it was to get started, both in terms of the set-up procedure and the user interface. Unfortunately, when our workload increased as a result of hiring a full-time employee, we were unable to use it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love this program since it's perfect for startups like mine! It makes accounting responsibilities much easier, especially when you're running a business and need to keep track of everything in one location.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For payroll, there are no choices, and even if they realize this, there is no remedy. As an illustration, we let one of our employees who had used up all of her paid vacation time to take a few unpaid days off.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When we only had one part-time employee, everything was OK. While it may be useful in theory, it's worthless when you have full-time personnel. Also, the company's customer support is a huge letdown. For accounting, I'd need a lot more software than what we use it for now.
