What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is team communication that provides video conferencing, real-time chats, audio calls and most of all file sharing to enable meetings to be conducted online.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that I dislike about Cisco Webex Calling

What differentiates Webex Calling from other similar products?

Cisco Webex Calling is an effective cloud telephony service that has excellent features and powerful functions that provide a high level of communication to the company, including messaging, virtual receptionist, agile cloud calling functions and a user-friendly application. for its administration. Increase team productivity at the same time, even the customer is happy and satisfied with the delivered work. It significantly improves communication with the work team, which generates a better work flow.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has the best functions of audio and video calls, For internal communication and for customer service. The conference call and screen sharing features work effectively. Provide the caller ID on the phone so it's easy to know who's calling. Through the VOIP number we can easily make an individual call or a team call.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are only two aspects that I think should be considered. The implementation time to be improved and the prices are considerably high.

I recommend the implementation of Cisco Webex Calling because it guarantees an effective communication process with its powerful calling features and a set of advantages that makes it an excellent option.

In addition, this platform has features such as HD calling, smart routing with online management, and iOS integrations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to set up and provides shared lines and personalized voicemails. It offers directory-based or email-based dialing, multiple calls can also be made at the same time, which works very efficiently. It supports easily connecting with multiple colleagues in an acceptable period of time. It allows you to easily switch from an audio call to a video call through its software. It allows you to make uninterrupted calls, allowing communication to go smoothly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far it has worked very well, you must have a large bandwidth for calls to flow efficiently and its price is considerably high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
