What differentiates Webex Connect from other similar products?

It it’s very easy to use and very simple and very attractive and it’s integrated facility of the voice call and video call is really good and stability of the voice is really perfect. Help us to lots to connect with our clients and our teams across the Country. It’s also well integrated with our mail and automatically book the calendars, it’s very useful features for us to remind our meetings on the schedule time. and one of the major concern is that security is the security of pix is really good. It’s keeps our meeting secured and provided advance features that is build compliance options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Email integration is my favourite because it’s helps me a lot to schedule the meetings and also helps me to remind the meetings on the perfect time

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it’s very difficult and it’s take too much time to connect with the new peoples who is using the first time or new user, usually take more times to connect

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would like to recommend that some basic changes required like for the new user, only and rest of the things are the very perfect

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Regional regulation and smart message delivery option are built-in for perfect telecommunication and cost effective. Enterprise -level security for private communication is best and I like this feature most.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For the new users its terminology is complex as compare to other applications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Webex Connect's omnichannel can automate client communication for better engagement and it fits perfectly for those who are looking for secure large business communication.
