For big meetings, small meetings and 1 to 1 calls!

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

WebEx is very consistent performance wise. No lags, stable connection and trustworthy all the time. Also big meetings with 50+ people has almost no lags.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The whiteboard for interactive digital meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Maybe the looks are a bit old fashioned, but if that’s all, I can say I’m very satisfied with using Webex!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are searching for a stable and interactive method of communication, choose WebEx.

Companies demanding a more profound level of security show respect for Webex end-to-end encryption and robust meeting controls. It also perfectly integrates with third party applications to enhance its functionalities such as Salesforce and Microsoft 365. Secure and feature-rich Webex Meetings best suit the modern hybrid workspace and give a pleasurable experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Utilization of AI-based features such as automatic assembly of data and live transcriptions by Webex makes meetings pretty run smoothly. It is no time-consuming task that able to also communicate and take over the tasks in a team work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The phone app needs to provide more optimizations to its performance, as its performance is not always as smooth as the desktop version, especially during long meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are trying to integrate Webex into an existing way of working, you should make use of its combination with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Slack. This makes it easier to centralize communication without constantly having to switch from one app to another.
