What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

We have been using the webex since a while and I have experienced that this platform is far better than the other platform like zoom which we were previously using, there were some reports of data leakage and secrecy on zoom, but with Webex meetings we are not experiencing any such issues. Also it is very much easy to navigate and use with our current workforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is that , I can use it from anywhere , whether I am at my desk,or while travelling, also the usability is too easy. Secondly with low bandwidth also I can easily navigate through the app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop browser version is far easy as compared to the mobile version, also the customer supports needs to cut down the response time as they are taking too long to response for a technical query for solutions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is highly recommended from my side, but before considering this product analyse the team , the workforce where individuals are going to implement it , because the subscription is not free , so knowing workforce will make it easy for purchasing and choosing the plan.

Webex Meetings sets itself apart with the ability to present a complete and joined up collaboration suite. It incorporate a variety of features such as video conferences ,file transfer , screen shares and integration with other webex apps. What makes webex meeting different is its pronounced attention to user experience. and ability to grow within a competitive ecosystem of Cisco products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature that I appreciate the most is Webex Meetings include the user friendliness of the service and its dependability .I have not had any difficulties in using the interface and as a rule of thumb, the sound and picture are of great quality. . Even more since the platform integrate well with one another, although webex teams and webex event create a smooth collaboration environment .

What do you dislike most about this product?

I must point out that despite it being a good platform in terms if audio and video quality at times it does suffer from some connectivity issues or can have an echo type sound.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For those who think about transitioning with Webex Meeting, I would advice to assess the collaboration styles of the team. It is worth mentioning that indeed webex meeting is a great tool and very multi-features but it might be compatible tool for some companies. One should also assess the cost and the advantages.

With Webex it is possible to schedule access and share the same with other team members.

With Webex it is possible to schedule access and share the agenda with other team members, which makes it possible to monitor scheduled accesses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to easily transfer files, basically copying and pasting

Honestly, there are better and more affordable products, like Anydesk.
